Jacob holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology as well as a M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan with a focus on controls and mechatronic systems.
Prior to Joining EAVX, Jacob worked at Caterpillar and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Most recently he worked for Robert Bosch – North America holding various roles in Advance Engineering and Product Development. He left Bosch as Customer Chief Engineer of Powertrain where he was responsible for the technical strategy of one of the world’s largest automotive accounts. Jacob has spent most of his career, including academia, focused on solving complex problems in the Automotive Industry.
